Where does With Jéan ship from and do you offer international shipping?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Australia. We offer express international shipping to most countries worldwide via DHL Express.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit only within 21 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page features a specific size guide and fit notes. We generally recommend following our size chart, but if you are between sizes, please contact our customer service team for personalized advice.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?
As we aim to process and pack orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
